In addition to project management and civil engineering services, we provide general contracting — giving clients a single, accountable partner from design through construction completion.

What We Do
Project Management Services
Comprehensive development oversight across Central Florida — from land acquisition to final closeout.
Full Project Management & Owner Representation
Comprehensive owner representation with regular field oversight, contractor coordination, weekly site visits, RFI and submittal review, permitting coordination, and full support through project closeout.
Ongoing monthly retainer — fee determined by project scope, complexity, and duration.
Office-Based Project Management
Structured coordination, cost reporting, and schedule review for owners with an active on-site superintendent. Includes GC communication, budget tracking, pay application review, and document management.
Ongoing monthly retainer — additional field visits available by written agreement.
General Contracting
Full-service general contracting for residential and commercial projects. We self-perform select scopes and manage all subcontractors, procurement, scheduling, and quality control — delivering your project under a single contract.
Lump sum or cost-plus contract — structure determined by project type and owner preference.
Bid Review & Estimating Support
Procurement support to compare contractor proposals, identify scope gaps, and evaluate project costs before contract award. Includes bid leveling, value engineering recommendations, and GC contract scope review.
Available on monthly retainer or hourly basis.
Estimating Services
Standalone cost estimating from construction drawings or preliminary plans. Includes quantity takeoffs, division-by-division estimates, and an estimate narrative with assumptions — using current Central Florida market pricing.
